This exquisite shrug/stole/cover up has been arm knitted using garter stitch, with 3 strands of soft 100% Peruvian Highland wool. 1 strand is burnt orange, 1 strand is grey, and 1 strand is deep burgundy. The piece has been knitted with 10 rows to make it slightly longer on the body. It has been finished with 2 contrasting large wooden buttons on one edge so that the piece can be buttoned up using stitches on the other side for extra snuggliness and warmth. The garter stitch gives the piece much more depth and makes the piece thicker.

Washing instructions:

Hand wash using cold water and mild/PH neutral wool wash. Never use bleach.
Wrap your item in a towel to absorb most of the excess moisture. Please take extra care care not to twist your knitted piece.
Once most of the liquid has been absorbed out of your item, lay it flat in the shade so that it doesn’t lose its structure, and that neither the colour or the shape are damaged.
