Item Description
This baby cardigan has been hand knitted in the old shale pattern using a pale pink yarn. Old shale is often, and wrongly, referred to as feather and fan which is actually a totally different pattern. Old shale forms wavy ridges with eyelets in between. This cardigan has the old shale pattern to the lower part of the body and long sleeves whilst the yoke has been knitted in a raised ridge pattern. It has a round neckline and fastens down the front with three pink heart shaped buttons.
To fit 18 inch (45.75cm) chest which is about age 3 – 6 months
Measurements when laid flat:
Across chest: 11 inches/28 cms
Underarm sleeve seam: 6 inches/15.25 cms
Full length (shoulder to hem): 9 inches/23 cms
100% acrylic
Machine washable on 30° Cool tumble dry. Do not iron.
