Shipping times may vary depending on your country’s Post System and other factors out of my control like customs declarations and Holidays.
If you have placed an order around the Holidays, please allow extra time for your item to arrive. Shipping during the Holiday season may result in delayed parcels due to the increase in Post activity.

Every order is shipped by regular Mail which keeps the shipping costs lower and affordable for everyone. This means there is no tracking number for you to follow your parcel.
I do offer an upgrade on shipping by adding a tracking number, but this obviously costs way more than shipping without.
If you choose standard shipping (without tracking) please note that I can’t be held responsible for any mail losses, and bending or damaging may occur during transit even though I’ve taken masseurs to prevent it.

Sadly I don’t do any type of refund or product replacement in case of a lost parcel on the Mail. I can’t be held responsible for other countries mail systems flaws.
