This sweet little set has been lovingly hand-knitted using all brand new, quality materials in a smoke free home.
I have used Woolcraft Baby Cakes Aran in a shade called Helter Skelter. This yarn is 100% Acrylic. It is soft against delicate skin but easy to care for as it can be machine washed at 40 degrees and tumble dried on a cool setting.
The cardigan is a yoked style and fastens with 4 yellow flower buttons. It has been knitted all-in-one to keep seams to a minimum so as not to irritate tiny babies.
The blanket is in a fancy rib design. It isn’t over large or heavy which makes it suitable for the tiniest of babies.
Approximate measurements:
All round chest at underarm = 13.5ins,
Sleeve length from underarm = 4.5ins,
Length from back neck = 7ins,
Blanket = 26 x 27ins.
Sized to fit premature babies of around 3-5lbs.
