Handcrafted 3D Decoupage Special Age Birthday Greeting Card.
Card is mounted on a 8×8 scalloped edge white card blank. Card has its own insert sheet inside, see photo for text.
Age on bottle can be changed to the following:
18, 21, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 and 100
Sentiment can be changed to:
Auntie, Aunt, Aunty, Best Friend, Cousin, Daughter in Law, Daughter, Gran, Grandma, Mom, Mother, Mother in Law, Mum, Nana, Sister, Sister in Law, Granny.
Text on insert sheet :

Card will be sent in a cellophane bag in a bubble wrap envelope via Royal Mail second class large letter.
