Handmade 3D Decoupage Happy Birthday Sunflower 8″x8″ Greeting Card
Design is mounted on a white 8″x 8″ card blank and layered up as a 3D decoupage. Card comes with a matching insert sheet with the message “Especially For You”. Alternatively it can be left blank with no insert.
