– Please note that photos are transferred to wood using a hand technique so minor imperfections are possible.
– Processing time starts from the time I receive your photo, not from the time you place your order
– As photos are transferred onto wood and not a white piece of paper the colours may differ from the original photo.
– I will assess the suitability of the photo for the print and will let you know if you should consider using a different one due to cropping reasons.
– Returns or exchanges are not accepted as this is a customised item. If you have an issue with your order please message me directly and I will sort it out 🙂
