Item Description
Sleep/eye mask made with cotton fabric, polyester waddling and filled with natural dried lavender.
Lavender is said to help improve sleep, reduce blood pressure and heart rate, lessen menopausal hot flashes and many other benefits! Studies have shown that the lavender smell soothes and helps to relax. It inhibits anxiety, depression and conflict.
The eye mask measures approximately 20 cm (8 in) x 9cm (3.5 in) the elastic is approximately 37 cm (14.5 in) long and 2.5 cm (1 in) wide.
