Due to the resin curing time the processing time for your order will be 2-4 days, plus 2-3 working days delivery times. Please bear this in mind when placing your order as it may take up to 7 days to receive your item.

– Please note that photos are transferred to wood using a hand technique so minor imperfections are possible.
– Please note that the processing time starts from the time I receive your photo, not from the time you place your order
– As photos are transferred onto wood and not a white piece of paper the colours may differ from the original photo.
– Following on the previous point, we recommend using bright, vibrant photos with a lot of colour as opposed to pale photos with lots of white spots. But don’t worry, we will assess the suitability of the photo for the print and will let you know if you should consider using a different one. We will also let you know if your photo needs to be changed due to the cropping reasons.
– Due to the nature of wood there may be knots and wood grain visible from under the picture. This is meant to be so to create a rustic look of the piece.
– Returns and exchanges are not accepted as the item is personalised. If you have an issue with your order please let me know and I will sort it out!🙂
