* Please do not take a photo of an original photo as this will print very blurred.

* If you upload a dark image it may be lightened during the printing process to increase image quality

* This item will be personalised exactly as you have written so please double check spelling

* Please make sure that the photo you would like fits into a rectangle as if you send a square photo, then some of the photo may be cropped out or will be stretched too much.

* The Lens cloth is FREE. Same photo on the Crystal block can be used or just a message.
