As we’re all spending an increased amount of time in our gardens, more and more of us are starting to grow our own produce. These wooden markers are a great way to show where your rows of seeds are to make identification easier, and to help you keep a weed free vegetable bed.
Any plant name can be engraved, but the longer it is, the size of the font may be reduced.
They are also available untreated (simply sanded to a smooth finish) or sprayed with a clear acrylic varnish.
Note, as these are a personalised product, they can take up to 2 weeks to complete.
Please also note that these came about as I wanted some for our garden! They have not been tested in any way to know how long they might last. I have placed one untreated and one sprayed with an acrylic varnish in my vegetable area, and I will update here at the end of the season as to how well they worked. I expect and hope that they will both last at least one year, but I simply cannot say for certain.
