Item Description
This pattern is for a pdf pattern to make an American style football.
The ball is intended for a dog toy but it could equally be a child’s toy.
Finished length is 28cm but adjustable by changing printer settings.
To make this toy you will need:
Fabric Main: 60 cm x 22cm wide
Contrast: fabric measuring 32cm long and 16 cm wide.
Also: Iron; sewing machine; thread; scissors; pins / quilting clips; tape measure; printer; paper; tailors ham; wadding (150-200G) and a small amount of fabric stabiliser (medium weight, fusible or non fusible according to your preference).

If the seams come apart, remove the toy from your dog and repair the seams by slip stitching closed. Make sure seams are secure before allowing your dog to resume play.
