I design and make unique jewellery and gifts, using materials such as wood and leather, engraved and cut on my laser machine, and then finished and painted by hand. My husband and I first had the idea for our shop shortly after the birth of our son back in 2021. We went back and forth, trying to decide on a name that was meaningful to us. We eventually looked to our strong Welsh family roots, and a cherished memory of a starlit walk along the beach where we followed a little fox through the beach wrack, and that is how Celtic Fox was came to be. After our son was born, we knew that we wanted to find a work life balance that would allow us to spend as much quality family time together. Whereas, previously, we had been working in a faced paced, highly demanding design and engineering environment. We looked at our skills, and how we could use them to make our dream a reality, and so we invested in a laser cutting machine. Then using our skills as designers, we set about doing what we love most, which is creating beautiful things. We strive to make all our products to the highest quality, and we are constantly developing new ideas to bring to life in our shop.
