Per your legal rights, you may return most purchased items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund. If an item is faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose, you have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to reject it within 30 days in many circumstances. If you experience any issues with your order, simply get in touch and we'll be happy to help resolve them on your behalf. Please note that personalised and made-to-order items are only returnable where they are faulty or otherwise do not conform to your statutory rights.
