Self Care and mental health are at the heart of everything I do here at One Sassy Scribe. My aim is to help people find the little ways that they can prioritise their self care every single day. Whether that's through starting a gratitude journal, making a note of all of the lovely things that people say about them or taking some time out with a nice brew in their favourite mug with meaning. Each month I will be releasing a new mug to help put the focus back on you and spreading some positivity to your friends and loved ones who might need it too. Over on my Facebook and Instagram pages I also share weekly self care top tip videos and in my Facebook group, One Sassy Scribe Tribe, I share more self care ideas, guest lives, exclusive competitions and offers and group members get to see products exclusively before anyone else.
