Dispatch dates are the maker’s estimate, and delivery time comes on top. If you need something by a particular date, or a listing doesn’t show a dispatch date, use the ‘Ask a question’ link on the listing before you order.

Yes, lots of makers can add a name, date or message. Tick “Can be personalised” in Sort & Filter to see them, then add your details on the product page before you check out. Personalised items are made to order, so allow a little extra time and check the spelling carefully.

Yes. Add items from as many makers as you like and check out once. Each maker posts their own items, so they may arrive separately and on different days. All prices include UK delivery, so there’s nothing extra to pay at checkout.

Most items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as you let the maker know within that time. Personalised and made-to-order items can only be returned if they’re faulty or not as described, and downloadable patterns usually can’t be returned.
