Hello to the final #WeekendWrapUp before Christmas!

After the breakneck Christmas rush, this week’s wrap up is a considerably more serene affair, as busy makers finish orders and get them posted off in time for Santa’s annual jolly around the world 🎅

Nonetheless, 4 makers have found time to add new items to their shops, so let’s explore what’s new this week on #MadeByMums 😍

Please bear in mind that some areas are experiencing horrendous delays in their postal services due to normal seasonal increase in their usage, the impact of more people shopping online this year, and the need to maintain physical distancing within sorting depots. Some of these dedicated and essential workers are also falling ill to either the virus or other ailments so there’s the added impact of staffing issues. Please be patient with them and our makers. Once they’ve posted something, it is out of their hands – but rest assured we’re all doing the best we can 🙂

That said, retail therapy is a real thing and buying gifts for the future always makes me feel good 😉

Not necessarily festive related – but definitely cold weather related – are these cute cup cosies from That Perfect Gift. For £4.50 you could have a better chance of drinking your hot beverage whilst it is still hot… Something of a challenge recently for sure! My last handpicked highlight this week is this gorgeous oval hair slide from Clair Wolf Creations. This bronze plated antique style slide has a 25mm oval gold foil cabochon set into it. This pretty hair accessory is priced at £7 and would make the perfect finishing touch to many an outfit.
