Welcome to our first handmade highlights of 2020, and as our makers begin restocking after the Christmas rush, it’s a bumper collection of glorious new creations and gift ideas!
With over 60 new items added from 13 different makers, it’s been one of our busiest weeks ever, and there’s truly something to cheer everyone as the Christmas lights and decorations come down.
If work or school routines already have you thinking about that perfect pick me up, Natural Creations latest collection of nature-infused lotions, soaps and scrubs may be just the tonic. The lemon sherbet bath fizz featured here will invigorate your senses and let you leave the stress at the bathroom door – visit Fiona’s shop for the full range.
If you’re after more snuggly ways to combat the cold, a number of items new this week more than fit the bill!

Meanwhile, new maker Tilly Willow’s Fancy Pants’ adorable 80s disco fever harem pants are versatile enough to fit as they grow, and are suitable for 1-3 year olds. Given how quickly they grow out of clothes, a pair of these beauties would make a super gift for parents of little ones – while the striking design is sure to get them grooving! 🙂
Likewise, Hannah’s Baby Bibs latest addition – this fabulous Scottish thistle baby bib – would be a great gift for parents of any little mucky pup. Adjustable and backed with soft absorbent white micro fleece, it’s perfect for teething toddlers – £6 including postage.

New maker April’s Room also added new home decoration ideas with a stunning collection of truly phenomenal dreamcatchers, including the customisable Macrame wall hanging featured here. We love the gorgeous design and colours in this creation, but in truth we could have picked any one of the over 20 items listed in maker Susannah’s new shop. Visit it today for the full range!
Meanwhile we’ve been captivated by the creations of another new maker, RavenMoon, ever since her quirky takes on classic textiles hit #MadeByMums. The pompom adorned wreath featured here is a typically fun twist on a traditional rag wreath… add a little colour and texture to your front door today!
Finally, I *finally* got round to adding my lacy crochet shawl – while testing out our all new product listing screen! The shawl is made to my own design, so is totally unique (and the yarn/colours are just fabulous!) It’s available in my shop now for £45.
Have a lovely week ahead everyone!
