This perfect quilt is reminiscent of summer skies with the odd cloud floating by.
It is made in strips of squares, which means less sewing up! Each square is made of only knit and purl stitches, even the embossed flowers, making this ideal for beginner knitters.
It is lightly stuffed with toy filling making it warm as well as washable and hygienic. It is sized to fit a modern pram or Moses basket. The frill can be omitted and replaced with shop-bought lace for a more frothy, girly look.
A fair amount of knitting is involved but the end result is worth it. Ideal for posing reborn dolls too.
