Beautiful free standing family tree plaque.

This would make the perfect gift for Mother’s day, a special birthday or maybe an anniversary.

Personalised with as many names as you need, you can also add a name or couple of words to the chalkboard part of the design to create the perfect family tree for you!
Please note, the more names that are added the smaller they will be.

The design is printed onto white acrylic giving a permanent high quality finish that won’t peel or fade. The acrylic plaque stands in a pine base.

There are two options for the tree-
Option 1 has extra colourful birds, hearts and flowers.
Option 2 does not have these extra elements, giving a more traditional tree look.

Each name is printed inside a heart on the tree.

How to order:
-Select which tree option you would like.
-In the personalisation box when ordering please leave the names for the hearts, separated by a comma or in a list format.
-Please also leave the text you would to show on the sign hanging from the tree e.g. ‘Our Family’ or ‘The Smiths’.

*Please ensure all spellings are correct as they will be copied exactly as spelt by yourself*

The size of the plaque is 20x20cm.

Extra text can be added above or below the tree if you would like to add a special quote or personal message. Please just get in touch and I will be happy to add this for you.
