The 4th picture shows the real baby Leo who inspired my design. He was born with several rare medical conditions including Mowatt-Wilson syndrome. He had a serious heart defect and part of his brain is missing. He had his first heart operation at just 2 days old. His parents were put in touch with the East Anglian Children’s Hospices (EACH) who have since been with the family every step of the way. In the words of Leo’s Mummy, “EACH are there for advice, help, comfort and anything else we need. They are a Godsend.”

Pattern consists of an all-in-one romper, bootees and beanie hat with monkey ears.
The instructions for the romper are written row by row making this ideal for beginner knitters. The pattern is lightly watermarked to prevent pattern theft. This does not affect the instructions.
