– DETAILS –
Finished Size: Finished Size: 31cm (12 inches) tall (from the table to the tips of her ears!) – Sizes are approximate as different fabric types may stretch more
or less and affect size. personalisation will be added to a heart which will be added to a ribbon and tied around the neck. We can add extras such as bows, tutus etc but these must be included within your clothing

– WHAT CLOTHING IS REQUIRED/TYPE OF CLOTHING?
The amount of material depends on the type of clothing you are sending:
* Adult clothing – 2-3 Items – we can make a bear from one item of clothing – adding more items creates a more varied looking bear
* Baby clothing – a minimum of 7-8 items excluding small items like mitts, hats and socks. For items smaller than 0-3mths please send more items.
* Children’s clothing – 3-5 items
* School uniform – a jumper or cardigan, a t-shirt/shirt, a pair of trousers, skirt or pinafore, and optional for girls a summer dress. At least one item of clothing
should have a school logo on. PE kits can also be used or incorporated.

All clothing should be clean and in good condition – any stains etc may be visible on your finished keepsake.

Any uncut clothing will be returned to you with your finished keepsake. Please note we do not return scraps.

* We know that the clothing items you send to us are irreplaceable and handle them with care – I am an experienced keepsake maker with over 6 years
experience – our studio is smoke and pet free and we will contact you via messenger to confirm receipt of clothing.

– TYPE OF CLOTHING SUITABLE –
Most materials can be used to make your special keepsake, in my experience i find the best materials to use are: Jersey, Cotton, Linen and light Knitwear.
Please avoid the following fabrics – denim/leather/thick knit/thin fabrics like chiffon, silk & loose knitted fabrics. If you have any materials you are concerned
or unsure about please contact me before sending and I will be happy to assist.

– MATERIALS USED
We line every single keepsake with a cotton woven fusible interfacing is used to strengthen fabrics prior to cutting, felt will be used for the nose and the
keepsakes are stuffed using Hollowfibre polyester filling which is non allergenic, washable and meets fire safety standards BS5852. We use high quality
thread to sew your keepsake. A tag with my business logo will also be added. Where appropriate a ribbon may be added around the neck of the finished
keepsake.

– HOW IT WORKS?
Choose your keepsake: We have a forever growing range of keepsakes to choose from.
Choose your clothes: Choose your favourite items of clothing that you wish your keepsake to made from.
Post them to us: we recommend packing your clothes securely in a postal bag with a note with your order number/name and sending them to our
address VIA royal mail signed for. If you have any clothing requests simply write this alongside your details.

– DELIVERY ESTIMATE –
Keepsakes are handmade to order and take between 2-3 weeks to complete, from the date the clothing is received. They can sometimes be completed
quicker depending on demand and the items being used. If you have a specific date that you need the items by please do let us know.

– CARE-
Spot clean only is recommended on stuffed keepsakes. Blankets, quilts and cushion covers can be washed on a light cycle – do not tumble dry.

– SAFETY:
Please note that these are KEEPSAKES and NOT TOYS. Due to the fabrics used they cannot be CE tested, they do contain small parts and are hand finished.
They are therefore not suitable for babies and small children and should be used for display purpose only. Safety eyes are used throughout our range and
these are not advised for children under 3 years of age.

– PERSONALISATION-
We offer personalisation on your keepsake in HTV (VINYL) or hand embroidery. There is a small additional cost for this service.

– PACKAGING AND DELIVERY:
Your finished keepsake will be packaged within a calico drawstring dust bag and then packaged in a box, Royal Mail Tracked service is included within the
price which will require a signature to ensure the safety of your finished keepsake. We pride ourselves on sustainability so do try and use recyclable/reused
